Purify, exalt, share … For his new creation, James Thierrée wishes to renew the relationship that unites him to the public. With an unbridled musical ensemble, he presents ROOM, a trip of drawers all in excess in his extraordinary universe.

ROOM is a room with a high ceiling, thick walls and a crisp floor. A white box. A raw place, invaded by closed personalities: thirteen musicians and dancers, obsessive and singular artists gathered on stage to push the dependence between the universe of the instrument and that of the body to its paroxysm. All this without a mask. In front of the public. Bare. By getting to the point. By taking the time. By taking the place.
“After twenty years of creation,” explains James Thierrée, “today I want to start a new chapter. Open the toolbox, dig deep, densify, magnify to find joyful pulsations. »Resulting from this intimate desire, ROOM was imagined as a luminous and mysterious room. Call to exploration and play, the new show by the director and circus artist brings together artists and spectators as only the parties can.
